Achievements

The South Sudan Authority has realized several achievements since inception. Some of the key achievements include but not limited to:

• Law enacted in 2011
• Board of Directors established
• Executive Director appointed
• Organizational Structure approved by the Board of Directors
• Head of directorates selected
• Office facilities available including the satellite communication(V-SAT)-HQs and the
  ten states
• 8 used vehicles donated by USAID
• TA and Institutional capacity building provided by the development partners
  (USAID)
• Maintenance of Juba Nimule Road
• Policy and manuals have been prepared
• Road and Fuels Tolls Bill, 2015 drafted
• Road and Traffic Safety Bill, 2015 redrafted
• Three year work plan developed
