This Directorate is responsible for analyzing the procurement needs of each directorate in the Authority, fast tracking preparation of annual procurement plans, prequalifying suppliers, preparing solicitation documents, notifying bidders and interfacing with the Contracts Committee and supporting the user
departments of the Authority. It provides procurement management support to user departments of SSRA.
