This Directorate is responsible for implementation of development projects by carrying out procurement and contract administration of works and consultancy services in liaison with the Procurement, and Planning and Programming Directorates.
This will primarily involve managing contractors and consultants that will be engaged to deliver works and services. The Directorate will not be involved in direct implementation of works and delivery of consultancy services.
